June 11 , My birthday.
This time i have celebrated birthday in US ,with roommates and office colleagues.

On june 10 ,  Deepak, naveen k,ajay and myself went to Hooters bar ,
had beer and chicken wings.

-- On june11 , Invited kondal,santhosh,vinu and family, aswin ,aditya , deepak, ajay, and raghu
and my roommates sridhar and rama babu to lunch,

but sridar,san, raghu,ajay ,deepak  came for lunch ,,,

Thats the enjoyment.

Thank god for a great challenge i had in this duration ,I came to know

1) about myself , where do i stand in critical situations
and circumstances which are new to me .
2) about a leader , how a leader behaves and his responsibilities
3) Spantaneous knowledge , thinking at that momemt.
4) Temper control. emotional feelings
5) how to take risks and challenges and alternatives plans
6) dedication , no giving up
7) every small task is real important in making a big task.
8) date of delivery(Timings) and its importance.

Let me elobarate the points.
1) In this critical situation i came to know about myself alot, where do i stand in real world,what else i need to do to be with the competitive world.
  a) Communication :
  b) Fear of failure,
  c) Listening and focusing on the current topic or discussion.
  d)importance of documentation ,flowcharts , ChangeRequest documents ,
  e) taking responsibility
  f) waking up early and early to office.
  g) importance of each email and each call
  h) noting down each point discussed in the conf call or oral discussion.
  i) TO have complete picture of whats happening ,and end goal.

2)  Leader:
 Farid is the man, leart something from him,
   a) have to be very cool everytime,even in critical situations then only our originality comes out .
   b) noting down each small tasks and verifing
   c) understanding the application by asking questions
   d) having alternative plans always
   e) never raise our voice ,ask questions in other ways to get the answer we want.

3) Never lose temper, hope , be cool and positive always .
4) each word we talk and type in email is very important.

5) if any alerts or unable to complete the work in time , we have to let to know others about the timings.
